Method
- Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly for about five minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rest for thirty minutes in a warm place.
- Roll the dough thin and place it on a lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle grouse cheese evenly over the dough and add fresh herbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
