Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 2 packs Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups heavy cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Crushed Oreos or chocolate topping optional

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Skip this step if using Cool Whip.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream at the bottom of your dish to anchor the cookies.
  3. Add a layer of Oreo cookies.
  4. Cover with another layer of cream.
  5. Repeat layers until the dish is full.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve with crushed Oreos or chocolate drizzle.
